provocation bug after server restart at 1pm

i was training provocation, kill count 0
after server restart, i set the macro , use skill provocation, target an animal, then target self, at the moment i saw i become criminal.
after the loop runs several times, i turned red, so, i check my char data from ody homepage, and my kill count increased to 10.
GM, pls do something to fix the bug ><
