I think the current state is just fine.
The guild leader does not need to standby 24 hours a day, kind of like "begging newbies to join his guild".
I suggest newbies to contact JCJ instead of waiting for JCJ to cantact him. This would be a good manner, and should be more effective, too!
By the way, would you be kind enough to help the newbie contact JCJ? It's not only JCJ's responsibility to keep the guild running. All guild members should try to help the guild as much as he or she could. Don't you think so?

I am no idea in basicly.. So you think this way is good , I'm ok.
I just want to help newbies in Wolves guild.
